Medan - FKM USU: The Faculty of Public Health, Andalas University (FKM Unand) conducted benchmarking visit to FKM USU on Friday, August 4, 2023. The visit by FKM Unand is related to the development of human resources for educational staff. The FKM Unand delegation consisted of Dean Defriman Djafri, S.K.M., M.K.M., Ph.D., Vice Dean I Ade Suzana Eka Putri, S.K.M., M.K.M., Ph.D., Vice Dean II Dr. Aria Gusti, S.K.M., M.Kes, managers, and 25 educational staff members from FKM Unand. The delegation was welcomed by the civitas academica of FKM USU at the FKM USU Auditorium. Dean of FKM USU, Prof. Dr. Dra. Ida Yustina, M.Si, expressed her pleasure in welcoming the visit from FKM Unand. During the occasion, Prof. Ida presented various programs and activities related to the development of human resources for educational staff conducted by FKM USU, including an explanation of the implementation of rewards and punishments. Vice Dean II of FKM USU, Ir. Indra Chahaya, M.Si, then detailed the educational staff development activities carried out by FKM USU. Dean of FKM Unand, Dean Defriman Djafri, S.K.M., M.K.M., Ph.D., expressed appreciation to FKM USU for warmly and harmoniously receiving their delegation. At the end of the event, FKM USU and FKM Unand signed documents to formalize their collaboration under the three pillars of higher education.
